Tide Lite is a focus timer designed to enhance productivity for creators by incorporating nature sounds. FOCUS TIMER

Based on the Pomodoro Technique for work and study
25-minute concentrated periods followed by 5-minute short breaks
Long Break mode triggers a longer break after four concentrated periods
Customizable length for both focus sessions and breaks

NATURE SOUNDS

Five natural scenarios available: ocean, rain, forest, meditation, and coffee
Music Fusion feature allows white noise and music to play simultaneously
Emotional wave effect enhances the sense of peace when white noise is active
Toggle natural sounds on or off with a tap on the Timer Circle

DAILY PICTURE

Greeting messages change based on the time of day from sunrise to sunset

* To assist in optimizing mindfulness practices, Tide Lite can input mindfulness data into your Apple Health app with your consent. This feature can be enabled within the settings menu.

* The Pomodoro Technique is a user-friendly time management approach that involves breaking work into intervals - typically 25 minutes in length - separated by short breaks, with 'Pomodoro' translating to tomato in Italian.

* 'Flow' refers to the state of being highly engaged and fully concentrated on a single activity.
